On the left side top you can see the wordpress logo and name. If you want to change you can refer to this tutorial.
If you are using Mozilla browser then go to tools -> page info
Select media in the opened pop up and then look for the path of this image.
Now go to this path in your cpanel and replace this image with your own logo.
Delete your cookies and then see your logo will be now replaced.
